If you’re interested in applying for our Lifeguarding Program, please download our Lifeguarding Program Package! In the brochure, you will find the Lifeguarding Program Application Form, Terms & Conditions Agreement.

Please, complete the application form, read the Terms & Conditions Agreement, then sign and return all the files to our office either by email (to info[at]isscny[dot]org) or by regular mail no later than by March 31, 2009.

Once our office receives your application forms and agreements, you will be sent an invoice for payment and as soon as your payment is received by our Bank, you will receive an official Lifeguards Training, Certification & Placement Confirmation Letter which you may use to apply for your J-1 visa at the local U.S. Consulate.
