International Students Support Center of New York is proud to offer our current and new partners Summer 2009 Arrival Orientation Package! Our arrival orientation services shall start on May 15th, 2008 and shall run through July 31, 2008. All spaces are distributed among our partners on the first-come, first-serve basis.

Arrival orientation package shall include:

1. Any time airport pick-up
1. Airport pick-ups can be arranged from John F. Kennedy, LaGuardia and Newark International Airport (different rates apply);
2. Transportation to our temporary housing
1. Transportation shall be provided by a New York State licensed transportation service company in mini-vans and mini-busses;
3. Two nights housing
1. Housing shall be arranged at one of our campuses;
2. Program participants shall be placed 2 students per room;
3. Males and females shall be placed separately;
4. Clean bed clothes shall be provided to each student;
5. Free nation-wide telephone access shall be provided;
6. Free International calls shall be provided to each student (up to 15 minutes);
7. Free internet access shall be provided;
8. Free access to gym and pool shall be provided;
4. Two meals a per day
1. Menu varies on a daily basis;
2. Eat as much as you can system;
5. Arrival orientation program (questions & answers)
1. What information program participants should be aware of;
2. Participants’ responsibilities to Program Sponsor;
3. Participant-Employer responsibilities;
4. Living in the United States;
5. Customs and traditions;
6. Social security application
1. Social security applications shall be arranged on campus;
2. Students who do not have final information on their housing shall be allowed to use our office mail address and then request their social security cards be sent by mail to their addresses (free of charge);
7. Transportation after arrival orientation program
1. Free transportation shall be offered to airports;
2. Free transportation shall be offered to bus terminal;
3. Taxi service shall be offered on emergency cases;
